Slovenia is acknowledged as favourite holiday destination for paraglideres, hikers, snowboarders, whitewater rafters. Places like Lake Bled or Ljubjane are also top romantic get-aways. We just fly over these places, enjoying them form another perspective than most visitors.
The shoreline of Slovenia is mere 22 kilometers. Still, it features everything you need for an unforgetable day or mini-holiday.
Slovenia joined Schengen Zone, a great benefit of this is that we may fly from any hungarian airport to any slovenian airport without being bugged by the border police or customs.
The shoreline of Slovenia features three distinct parts. They are clearly distinguishable from the air.

The airport is located just after Portoroz, among huge evaporaition basin for salt production:
The friendly local staff welcomes the aviators with local grappa and provides assistance to get to the town and to arrange restaurant and accomodation bookings. Koper is perfect for food and beach, but to get the taste of the venetian town, Piran must be visited.
As the airport has its customs, we may continue our trip to Croatia without any detour to another international airport. But even if must be heading for home, we do that with great new memories!
